Management of the LIFE COALA Project

This activity will be ongoing throughout the duration of the project

Partners involved in the activity: Moravian-Silesian Region and Moravian-Silesian Investment and Development, a. s.

Project monitoring tracks the fulfillment of specific project objectives and runs throughout the project duration. Key performance indicators (KPIs) were set in the first phase of the project and a common system was created to monitor and evaluate these indicators. Continuous monitoring of the impact of the project and its activities allows for the evaluation of the project's benefits and its success in relation to the objectives of the LIFE programme.

Key performance indicators are divided into:

• indicators of achieved project objectives (impact indicators),
• indicators of implementation of the Adaptation Strategy of the Moravian-Silesian Region on the impacts of climate change,
• multi-benefit indicators,
• indicators of the evaluation of innovative methods and procedures.
