Monitoring of Project Indicators

This activity will be ongoing throughout the duration of the project

Partners involved in the activity: Moravian-Silesian Region and Moravian-Silesian Investments and Development

This activity monitors the achievement of specific project objectives and is carried out throughout the duration of the project. In the first phase of the project, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were identified and a common system to monitor and evaluate these indicators was developed. Ongoing monitoring of the impact of the project and its activities enables the project's contribution and success to be evaluated in relation to the objectives of the LIFE programme.

The key performance indicators are divided into:

• indicators of project objectives achieved (impact indicators),
• indicators of implementation of the Moravian-Silesian Adaptation Strategy of the Region for the Impacts of Climate Change,
•  multi-benefit indicators,
• indicators for evaluating innovative methods and practices.
